Where does sperm go after a vasectomy?
During a vasectomy, a doctor cuts and blocks off the 2 tubes that carry sperm out of the epididymis. These tubes (1 on the left, and 1 on the right) are called the "vas deferens." After the surgery, sperm get reabsorbed into the body. The sperm do not come out during ejaculation.
